Installation
System Requirements
Finomoli version 1 software requires the following basic system configuration
· Supported Operating Systems
o Mac OS X 10.6
o Windows XP (32-bit, 64-bit, latest service pack only)
o Windows Vista (32-bit, 64-bit)
o Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit)
o Ubuntu Linux 9.04 (on i686, limited on x86_64)
· Java 1.5 or above must be installed on your operating system
· Minimum 1 GB of RAM
· At least 15 MB of hard disk space
· 800*600 pixel screen resolution required, 1024*768 or more suggested
· A graphics card with at least 65k colours
Setup
To run Finomoli is simple and easy.
· Open the rar file you have downloaded
· Unzip it using WinZip, WinRAR or any other unzip software
· You will see three zip files called:
o Finomoli_linux
o Finomoli_macosx
o Finomoli_windows
· Unzip the one matches with your operating system
· Run the program
o For Windows: Run the Finomoli.exe
o For Mac: Use the Terminal and type:
chmod +x Finomoli.app/Contents/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub
o For Linux: Run the Finomoli.exe
Uninstalling
You can uninstall Finomoli by deleting the folder.
o If your operating system is Linux then delete Finomoli_linux folder
o If your operating system is Mac then delete Finomoli_macosx folder
o If your operating system is Windows then delete Finomoli_windows folder
Using Finomoli
Introduction
Finomoli is easy to use. There are 5 different tabs. They are called: File, Node, Move, Link and Help
Default window of Finomoli
File
File tab has got 3 buttons. They are: New, Open and Save
o New
It clears the nodes. Pay attention before clicking on new button.
o Open
It opens the saved nodes. Only last saved nodes can be opened.
o Save
It saves the nodes. Be careful when saving. It overwrites the last saved nodes.
Node
You can create nodes by clicking the mouse.

You cannot create a node at top of another node. If you click on a node that has been created; the colour will change into yellow.
Move
You can move the node by clicking and holding the mouse and then dragging it.
Link
Linking two nodes is easy. Click on one node and you will notice that its colour will turn into yellow. This means node is ready to be linked with another node. If you click on the second node, a line will be drawn between these two nodes.
